Room 222, Thursday Afternoon

Jack was still in a brilliant mood when he finally made it back to his room and started straightening things for Tony's visit -- not that things were so untidy to start with. He wasn't Worf, he'd had a wonderful time with Rose the day before, and the building was full of people he'd like to get to know better.

Once his side of the room was neat enough to suit him, he pulled the works of Demosthenes out of his knapsack and settled on his bed to read. Philosophy would never be his first interest, but he had made a promise, and it helped to pass the time.

Jack made it again, but louder. He was still quiet -- he was too used to being quiet not to be, at least a little -- but Tony was testing his resolve rather efficiently.

"Tony...." The name came out in a gasp, and his own hand found its way between them as he palmed Tony's length.

"Jack," Tony whispered in his ear as his hand moved.

Jack's mouth found the spot where Tony's neck met his collarbone, and he probed at it with tongue and teeth as his fist tightened around Tony. With a more driving need, he pressed forward against Tony.

"Oh, God," Tony gasped, his own hand stroking Jack faster. "Please."

Jack groaned and stretched up against Tony, saying yesyesyes softly and rapidly, and gave himself over to his orgasm.

Tony slid his hands back up Jack's body and sunk his fingers in Jack's soft, blond curls. He kissed jack fiercely, hungrily, loving the feel of his skin touching Jack's. "Yes," he groaned.

The hand in Jack's hair was so perfect he could have cried. All of his senses were on overload as he rolled against Tony's body, feeling the muscles under his skin.

He rolled a little away from the kiss to bite down harder on his neck. "Come on," he said in a soft growl, rubbing Tony almost frantically.

It wouldn't have taken much to send him over the edge but the teeth and the growl.... For a moment, Tony flew. His back arched and his hips thrust upward.

And a moment later, he was limp. Yeah. Not moving anytime soon. Not that he wanted to move. He didn't even pull his hands out of Jack's hair. Just looked up at Jack with a slow, satisfied smile.

Jack ran his hand over his sheets -- he'd have to change them anyhow -- and collapsed backward with a giddy laugh, resting one hand on Tony's hip, his head on Tony's shoulder. "Wow."

"Yeah," Tony agreed. "Just - yeah." Vocabulary. He had it. Somewhere. Somewhere not here. He leaned over to kiss Jack again. A light kiss this time, without the previous urgency.

Jack spoke ten languages and wasn't coming up with better words in any of them. He kissed Tony back, just as lightly, and snuggled against him even more.

"Good," he said, breathlessly, then reached to tug a blanket over himself. "Blanket?"

They couldn't stay there forever -- Esme had a way of coming home at the oddest times -- but they could pretend.

"Blanket," Tony nodded, wrapping his arms around Jack.

"Good," Jack said, again, and kissed Tony's chest lightly as he arranged the covering over them both.

The whole world was glowing.
